The world has gone mad!
This has now become mandatory for ALL riders in the Philippines as of July 19. If you are carrying someone (family, client, whoever) you will need a National Task Force approved barrier like the one below or be fined/arrested.

      deleted, Moto taxis I presume. It may seem silly, but if the alternative is going the way of the US, it might just be worth it xD
