This annual event is a meet up in downtown Apalachicola for all or part of the weekend - attendance at downtown Hoedown (free) and SGI Brewfest (tickets needed) is optional. Feel free to arrange your own rally points and times - whether going by motorcycle, boat, RV, or cage - and please share on the discussion feed so others can join - destination is in eastern time zone. Advising east and west travel via Hwy 20 to avoid Panama City traffic. Suggested southern routes include Hwy 71, 65 or 67. Boat travel is via the intracoastal waterway. If staying one or two nights, book lodging/campsites in advance. Recommended lodging includes VRBO.com, Water Street Inn, Gibson Inn, or Coombs Inn - all within walking distance to downtown. Other than downtown Apalachicola and Saint George Island, other recommended stops are Cape San Blas to include the Indian Pass Raw Bar and Coneheads as well as other outdoor activities, sightseeing, shopping, and dining available in the area. The Forgotten Coast is a fun and wonderful destination. Hope you can make it!
