The Steel Horse Rally Shootout III officially makes the Steel Horse Rally a two-state motorcycle rally with fast-paced motorcycle racing at Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, OK, just minutes away from downtown Fort Smith, Ark., home of The 6th Steel Horse Rally

Proceeds from the event benefit the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity.
