Pub Crawl-be on board as Shenanigans begin !!

9 PM- Band continues the party in the main bar when we return

7 PM - Pre Festival Kickoff Party- Free Food and Beer!!

9 PM - Band rocks the night club!

8:30-10AM: Breakfast will be served in the dining room

9:30AM- Breakfast run

Line up in front of the dining room- $TBD per person

Throughout the day acts will be performing. Make sure you stop by the pavilion and watch custom bike builders like our 2019 builders: Area 61, Steve Boehlke Fabrications (Big Bulk Customs), Dan DiSorbo Motorsports, C & S Customs as they build bikes right before your eyes.

1-3 PM bands playing in the field, with vendors and other entertainment.

7-9 PM Dinner buffet in the dining room included with hotel package. All others can buy tickets

Dinner includes: Soup, Salad Bar, Buffet choices, Dessert Cart, Soft drinks, Coffee and Tea

7-9 PM Field music, and more Shenanigans

This is a family run operation, this is a festival for bikers, by bikers. We rely on entertainers, staff and volunteers. All of whom each year do their best to keep everyone smiling. --| CELLULAR SERVICE & LIMITED WiFi - WHAT TO EXPECT |--

The Catskill Mountains are breathtaking, but they don't do much for cell service. Cell service at the resort and surrounding region is spotty at best.

Folks that use AT&T seem to have the best luck, folks with Verizon rarely, if ever, have service. Others are quite spotty as well, expect it to be catch as catch can and plan ahead. We have *very* limited WiFi service available in the office area and as you can imagine, it is overburdened during this event. So, please do not rely on either methods of communication.

We are cautiously optimistic & we will always comply with any COVID rules that NYS mandates.

We are hopeful we can hold our events in compliance with whatever NYS guidelines will be in place at this time.

We can only ask for your assistance and patience, NYS changes the rules and when they do we will have to move quickly to adjust. We have held events in compliance in the past & we ask for your assistance in doing so.

We do not make the rules and we will have to comply with them in order to host events. We can't wait til all of this is over either .. until then, we comply with the state rules.
