The Yamaha XTZ125 is a small dual-sport motorcycle designed for markets where both on and off-road capabilities are essential. Its air-cooled, SOHC engine is built to withstand harsh conditions with minimal maintenance. With about 10 inches of ground clearance and 7 inches of suspension travel, this 125cc bike is quite impressive.
Andrew Andrada, a bike builder from Roxas City, Philippines, specializes in customizing café racers. Andrada's passion for customization began when he modified his first personal bike, a Honda TMX 155cc scrambler, and received praise from his friends. As the inquiries began to pour in, Andrada partnered with a mechanic friend and started his own custom shop.
Andrada's latest build is a Yamaha XTZ125 street tracker. He turned a capable yet uninspiring factory model into an aggressive street tracker with a lot of personality. The bike was built for a friend and to be displayed at his garage called Shop Balay.
The design concept for this bike is a dirt tracker, and the modifications include a new tank, new headlight with plate, new seats, new rims and tires, new paint job, LED integrated signal light, and stoplight. Andrada considers this build a premium one because he had full control over the parts installed, and the owner supported his vision for the bike without budget constraints.
