Press Release: Harley-Davidson has launched its latest motorcycle, the Electra Glide Highway King, as part of the Icons Motorcycle Collection program. The third installment in the series, this limited edition model offers a modern take on the 1968 FLH Electra Glide that was popular in the 60s.

With only 1,750 examples produced worldwide, the Electra Glide Highway King boasts a two-tone windshield, solo suspension seat, wide-whitewall tires, laced wheels, and carefully selected colors that closely resemble the 1968 model. The saddlebags are finished in Birch White, and the fuel tank features a Black Denim panel separated by a Birch White accent stripe. The detachable windshield features a color-matched tinted lower section, and the tank badge is almost identical to the one used in 1968.

The Electra Glide Highway King is equipped with a Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-Twin engine that delivers power and performance. It has a single-spar Harley-Davidson Touring frame with a rigid backbone design and a suspension system that offers optimal ride and control based on bike load. The rider can adjust the pre-load of the rear shock absorbers with a single knob hydraulically, while the forks with dual bending valve suspension technology deliver a smooth ride.

For long-distance rides, the Electra Glide Highway King features electronic cruise control that holds a steady speed. It also has a full suite of Rider Safety Enhancements, including Cornering Enhanced Anti-Lock Brake System, Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking, Cornering Enhanced Traction Control System, Cornering Drag-torque Slip Control System, and Vehicle Hold Control.

The Electra Glide Highway King is available in two color options: Hi-Fi Orange (limited to 1,000 units) and Hi-Fi Magenta (limited to 750 units). Each model is individually numbered and comes with an Icons Motorcycle Collection graphic and serialization badge laser-etched into the console insert.
