The historical brick façade of the Julius Tower in Spandau marks the birthplace of BMW motorcycles, a legacy dating back to 1969. The new BMW Motorrad Welt will be housed in a listed building dating back to 1914-1917, adding to its historical significance.

Spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, BMW Motorrad Welt promises to offer a full-scale brand experience that connects BMW Motorrad with its community, the public, and employees in an emotional, authentic, and vibrant manner. The captivating journey through BMW Motorrad Welt will feature interactive exhibitions of the latest BMW Motorrad vehicles, including exciting special exhibitions on topics like customizing, and showcases from the BMW Motorrad Gear & Garment Collection and Original BMW Motorrad Accessories.

But that's not all – visitors can also embark on guided plant tours from Monday to Friday, giving them an exclusive look at the fascinating process of manufacturing BMW motorcycles. With over 2,200 employees working on nearly 220,000 square meters, the Berlin plant produces approximately 900 vehicles every day across various segments such as Sport, Tour, Roadster, Heritage, Adventure, and Urban Mobility.

BMW Motorrad Welt is more than just a showroom; it is a space for diverse events, including conferences, interactive workshops, meetings, incentives, celebrations, and more. Its versatile and emotionally charged room concept provides the ideal setting for any occasion. The grand opening of BMW Motorrad Welt is set to take place on 28 September 2023, featuring around 150 guests from politics, the press, culture, and sports, along with brand ambassadors and notable figures from BMW Motorrad's 100-year history. The celebration continues on 29 September 2023 with the grand finale of the BMW Motorrad Customizing Championship based on the BMW R 18 models.

Starting 30 September 2023, BMW Motorrad Welt will be open to visitors and guests from all over the world, inviting them to explore the captivating world of BMW motorcycles. The opening hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, ensuring that enthusiasts and curious minds alike can have an unforgettable experience at BMW Motorrad Welt.
