Details have been unveiled for the highly anticipated 2023 Walcha Motorcycle Rally, set to take place in the picturesque town of Walcha in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales on November 17th and 18th.

Established in 2019, the Walcha Motorcycle Rally warmly welcomes riders of all kinds, offering a rich tapestry of classic motorcycle rally experiences. Participants can look forward to camping, engaging in various bike skills events, joining group rides, competing in thrilling competitions, and exploring a vibrant swap meet. The event will also feature captivating stunt shows, special motorcycle demonstrations, woodchopping demonstrations, chainsaw racing, dog jumping competitions, and even a heart-pounding demolition derby.

The action-packed 2023 program kicks off with rally registrations and the opening of the rally campgrounds at the Walcha Showgrounds from noon on Thursday, November 16th. On the same day, there will be an exciting BMW off-road training course, followed by an evening of live music for rally entrants.

Friday, November 17th, promises an array of activities at the showgrounds event hub, including skills demonstrations, a thrilling burnout competition, the multi-bike challenge, an enticing trade display, and more. The event will also feature a special appearance by record-setting female drag racer, Niki Zak. Guided road and adventure rides will depart from the event hub, and participants in the Australasian Women's Ride Day will assemble. The day will conclude with more live music in the evening.

As Saturday, November 18th, dawns, rally-goers can anticipate the highly-anticipated swap meet, a dazzling show & shine event, an exhilarating stunt show presented by Flair Action Sports, Postie Bike events, the gathering for Australasian Women's Ride Day, engaging kids' activities, a tire-throwing competition, and the crowd-pleasing demolition derby (featuring cars, not motorcycles!). The day will be enhanced with additional activities and more live music.

Rally tickets are now available, priced at just $60 per person for the two-day event, while single-day tickets can be purchased for $35. However, please note that this early bird offer will expire on November 1st. Children under 16 years of age can attend for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

For those looking to camp, an additional fee of $30 per person covers camping for up to three days, with convenient on-site facilities including toilets and hot showers at the showgrounds.
