EVENT UPDATE: Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, and despite the easing of the lockdown, the organisers of the national VJ Day celebrations have cancelled all significant events. We have therefore also taken advice from the NHS, Sussex Police and local authority stakeholders and decided that it would be inappropriate to carry on with the VJ Day Run for 2020 on Saturday 15th August.

However, all stakeholders are very supportive of the return of the Mayday Run to be held on the early Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May 2021, and we look forward to welcoming everyone then. Long live the Mayday Run.
