Ah, the joys...

OK, so, it seems the ‘U-beut’ paralever bushing kit was not so ‘U-beut ’ after all (sigh). Big Bird endured the indignity of having its nether regions removed for reversion to the standard (but new) tapered-roller bearings. At least I could use the ‘U-beut’ bushing pins for the instal! (Steel, rather than the standard alloy). Cool! Bonus! Some muppet (OK, so it was me) didn’t have the driveshaft properly phased when they put the rebuilt final drive back on.

Fixed now. Bird recovering well (and smoother and handling a fraction better).
