Looking for reliable mechanic in Utah County/South SLC area.

I need to find someone to diagnose a overheating issue to see if it's in need of a new radiator or is it's something simple. I performed a flush and it worked great for about 3 weeks. Ever since, it's been overheating at about 140 to 160 degree F. It's been parked for a few weeks until I get it figured out.

Also, I recently bought some new tires but I'm noticing an unstable wobbling feeling when I drive on I-15, over 60mph. Can new tread make it feel this way or is this most likely a issue with the tires/ balancing/ axle assembly?

If anyone knows of a decent mechanic in Utah County or south Salt Lake area that comes highly recommended, I would really appreciate the help.
