Hertz HCX 165 200w 6.5"

I was goin through my storage today & I found a set of Hertz HCX 165 6.5 2 way hi-energy coaxial speakers 200w. I forgot i had them, brand new, still in the box. I just want 2 know had anyone ever used them & if so what is ur experience wit them.
