Welsh lakes ?

Nice weather is here at last, few miles this week (about 100ish) and some fantastic views on some amazing roads. Ponderosa (Monday) Ruthin to llyn celyn lake and a quick trip to trawsfynydd lake to see were parts of first knight were filmed, some epic roads with views to take your breath away. North wales is a bikers gift, if your on or around the A5 your on an adventure like no other if you have the time to ride and enjoy. I only spotted llyn celyn lake when planning a route and now it's going to be a go to place for a second visit soon. Although the story of how it became a lake is sad the views it now offers are some of the best in the area. Any lovers of First Knight (1995) will already know many locations around the UK were used but Trawsfynydd lake is when we first see Camalot (or a computer rendering) so it's been on my bucket list since moving this way along with many many places. The weather has improved so hopefully this is going to continue with more places to tick off the list.
