There is so much more to a suspension test and tune then just turning some clickers. When it’s done correctly everything is better. There is a reason why you raise or lower the bike in the front. You can either speed up the steering or slow it down.

    Raising the back also gives you more weight on the front for better corner exits. Want to learn quick the hard way? Put some 17” super Moto rims on a 520cc dirt bike…going from a 21” front to a 17” reduces trail by a couple inches making it dangerously twitchy with no front end feedback. Don’t ask me how that ended…ultimately had to change the offset to make it rideable.
