When you take your 15 Yr old grandson for a ride and it rains.
We did about 70 miles. He's an enthusiastic Baker though, and already got a lexmoto hunter for when he's 16!

my eldest has been riding for just over a year now, they can ride 50cc from the age of 14 here in France.
he had been riding pillion since he was 8, it helps a lot for them to understand the lean and get some road awareness early on.
