Nice Day in February: But What's The Catch?

I had to get to an important meeting about a half hour away from my house. The weather was unusually warm for the middle of February at over 50°F, and I didn't read nearly enough into that. I should've known something was up, but I took my bike anyway. After all, there is no way to travel under those conditions that offers the same balance of fun, speed, and fuel efficiency.

Needless to say from the pictures, I found the catch to the nice weather. A rain storm was coming east as I was riding west, and we collided about ten minutes into my ride. It was worth it though.
