Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R

It’s heavy as hell in the parking lot, but nothing beats that insane, effortless roll-on power when you're on the highway. It basically ruins you for other bikes because of how comfortable it is while going stupidly fast.

Owner Review
I rode a 2008 ZX-14 for five years and absolutely loved it, but upgrading to the ZX-14R was the best decision I’ve made. I honestly didn't think Kawasaki could make a bike feel much faster, but the jump to the 1441cc engine is instantly noticeable. The original 14 was a beast, but the 14R is on another level—the power delivery is significantly smoother, and the low-end torque is just relentless. It pulls like a freight train in any gear. The biggest game-changer for me, though, is the electronics. Having KTRC (traction control) and power modes gives you so much more confidence. With the old bike, you had to respect the throttle like crazy on cold tires or wet roads; the 14R actually gives you a safety net without ruining the fun. They also clearly tweaked the chassis and suspension. Despite being a heavy hyperbike, the 14R drops into corners surprisingly easier and feels more planted than my old one. It’s still incredibly comfortable for long highway trips, but the whole package just feels much more refined.
