Generic GRS 600 - 300cc Touring Wonder

300cc Dongfang I think it was scoot/bike bought in 2012 and finally died in late 2015 when on a trip to Reno, NV from Vegas the belt broke outside Tonopah and took out the starter clutch, of which no one even Chinese companies seemed to sell one I could replace with the broken one.
