Santos, North Township Trustee and American Veterans Motorcycle Riders Association are happy to announce the 22nd Annual Victory for Veterans Memorial Ride is being held at Wicker Park, on Sunday, Sept. 26th!! The 27 mile route will remain the same as in 2019, leaving Wicker Park at 11:30am, west on Ridge Road to Calumet Ave., south on Calumet Ave. to US RT 30, east on US RT 30 to Taft/Cleveland, north on Taft/Cleveland to Ridge Road, west on Ridge Road back to Wicker Park. Registration is available online at www.victoryforveteranswickerpark.org or on the day of the ride. Single rider is $25, Double rider is $40. Registration includes Anniversary pin, and food/beverage tickets. Food vendors, Big Frank's Sausage, Dragobobs, Cheesy Food Truck, and Pelon's BBQ, are a few who will be offering great eats at the event with more still being added. Joining us this year is Jerry Clemons and his band, NICK DANGER, with special guest Jessi Lopez Schmidt, helping us celebrate the day from 1pm-5pm.
