Since there is no official Facebook page or website, I've gathered info from previous years.

According to their voicemail message, the 2023 Testicle Festival IS going and the dates are...

Friday June 16, 2023:Starts at 6 pm and "nuts" start at 7 pm. Ends around 11:30-ish

Saturday June 17, 2021:Starts at 1 pm and "nuts" start at 4 pm. Ends around 11:30-ish

In the past, the festival has been a Tavern gathering with music, souvenir table, plenty of motorcycles, and deep fried critter testicles.

If you want other food, the Tavern has some grub you can order while the neighboring Volunteer Fire Department usually sell roast pork sandwiches, hot dogs, french fries, chips, and pop both Friday evening and Saturday of the Tiro Tavern's Testicle Festival.
