As always we need some assistance in making this event successful. • Please pre-register. It helps with planning the event. See Link Below.• If you can help volunteer in any area, please sign up with the Volunteer Signup Link below.• If you plan on attending the President/Vice-President Breakfast, please signup using the link below.• We need some road captains to lead rides on Thursday and Friday and Possibly Saturday. We can help with routes and destinations if you are willing to serve in this capacity. Let your area rep know if you are willing to lead a ride.o Rides Thursday and Friday could be all day or half day rides. Road captain's choice. First events are at 5 PM each day.o If we do planned rides Saturday, they would be 10-2 or something like that. More information on the daily rally schedule will be coming soon.

Thursday – o 8:00 AM All Day Rides – Leave form Hope Church o 5:00 PM – Bike Night – Buffalo Wild Wings o 7:30 PM – Ice Cream Social at Cream City (downtown) or Lazy Cow Creamery. TBD
Friday - o 8:00 AM - Goodies Unload @ Hope Church o As soon as Goodies is unloaded – Ride Orientations o As Soon as orientations are over, all day rides leave. o 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Goodies Setup o 1:00 PM – Goodies Opens @ Hope Church in MPR Room o 3:00 PM – Registration Opens @ Hope Church in Lobby o 5:00 PM – Food Truck(s) Open – Fellowship Time @ Hope Church Food Trucks • Hardwoods Smokehouse • The Pizza Machine o 6:00 PM - Ice Cream RFS Fundraiser @ Hope Church outside MPR Room o 6:45 PM - Goodies and Registration Closes o 7:00 PM – Evening Service – Kids and Youth in the Main Service o After service, Goodies store may be open for 30 minutes.
Saturday - o 7:15 AM – Presidents/Vice-Presidents Breakfast – in the MPR Room next to Goodies Store - o 7:15 AM –Ladies Fellowship at Roots Coffee – less than 1 mile from Hope Church o7:30 AM – Goodies Open in MPR room o 7:30 AM –Registration Openo 8:45 AM – Morning Devotion o 10:00 AM or so – Rides Leave o Members are encouraged to go to one of the outer ministry locations during their rides and then come to Boswell’s Crossroads Harley Davidson on Interstate Drive in Cookeville, TN around 2 PM for bike games. o If your chapter is planning a ride during this time, let us know. We can promote it so others might join you.o 10 AM - 4 PM - Goodies Open.o 11 AM – 1 PM – Ministry locations set up and giving out Hot Dogs and Water and looking for the opportunity to pray with people and/or speak into their lives. For each of these locations there will be CMA tent, CMA feather flag, table, grill, ice chest, waters, hotdogs with fixings, ministry material, and other items. Mnistry Locations: Center Hill Dam Overlook, Boswell’s Crossroads Harley Davidson – Cookeville, TN, HDP Motorcycle Shop – Jamestown, TNo 2:00 PM – Bike Games at Boswell’s Crossroads Harley Davidsono 4 – 5:30 PM – Kids and Youth Activitieso 4:00 PM – Evening Service at Hope Church o Run for the Son Presentations o Bike Night at Sonic after service (maybe around 6 PM).
Sunday - 8:30 AM – Morning Worship at Trinity Place at Hope Church
