This cheap Chinese bike—or rather, what it used to be... I replaced everything except the frame and the 19-inch wheels. Now it has a 300cc engine, Michelin tires, and has been completely rebuilt. It would have been cheaper to just buy a new bike, but that wouldn't have been nearly as exciting and emotionally rewarding as building this one...
