Highlands Loop

I needed a different place to ride than my usual loop, somewhere I haven't been to in a while. So instead of going normal I had the great idea of heading up the twisty Macquarie Pass and take on the Southern Highlands.

My plan was to head up past Robertson and then left to Bowral and Mittagong linking up with the Hume Highway to make.my way back home. Once on Picton Road I decided to finish off with a decent down Mt Keira to mix up a little and also add a short cut back home. A few strategic stops through my ride for some photos, approximately a 2 hour round trip and 150kms later made for what would have been a quiet and boring Sunday into an enjoyable afternoon.
