More photos of the new Honda CBR600RR
Last week, it was officially announced that the new generation of Honda CBR600RR will be released in the near future as a model of 2021. While the premiere is still a week away, we get metered information about the bike. This time, the network has a collection of high-quality photos that give even more insight into the new Honda CBR600RR 2021.
First of all, the new photos show the device in more detail. It confirms earlier assumptions that the bike will get electronics with the IMU system, traction control, wheelie control, various ignition cards, engine braking settings — all this is on the device. The instrument along with the electronics, like a copy of the elements of the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade.
Secondly, Honda continues to use Showa suspension fork, Big Piston Fork and monoshock. A more detailed inspection also shows that the frame and pendulum are the same as on the current model, or very similar. The engine is also very similar in appearance. Countless parts remain from the current generation: footrests, passenger footrests, wheels, exhaust, brake system.
The 2021 model is definitely different from the body kit, which is made in a more aggressive and aerodynamic style. The fenders on the front are an example, and Honda engineers have also worked on the air flow on the sides, as well as redesigned the lower spoiler to direct more air to the rear tire.
The official debut will take place on August 21.
