Aaron Buckner 06 Feb 2021just received one I order off Amazon. havent got the chance to mess with it yet. do you know if it must be connected straight to the battery for volt reading and that's why you put the switch in or can I hook it up to an ignition power source?0Reply-

Bryan M 08 Feb 2021I have one. If you connect it straight to the battery it will stay on even when the bike is off. I put a quick connect on the end and hook it up to my trickle charger port coming off the battery. When I’m done riding the light on the dash reminds me to unplug it and plug the battery tender in. But you could put a switch in as well, like the original post did.1Reply
