Cleaning!

Today I cleaned and lubed my Chain after 1300kms...should have done it early but yeah i am little lazy....used Motul cleaner and lube, the whole process took 20min, dirty hands and floor...but the end...

1979 CB750 restore...

Early start to clean the bikes and do some maintenance....

And cleaned with brush/ air pressure , looks slightly darker on edges after but removed all bugs and dust between layers....

What can I say: "This thing is a lot of fun." ...

This will make you ill! I don't think sloshing a little bit of fresh petro is going to do any good. If my leg was long enough I'd kick my own ass, That's 8 years worth....

Some cleaning duties in the sun today. Lovely start to the weekend. She's 21yrs young and looks in good condition given its out everyday in rain or shine! Polished up with Tc200 and she shines lovely...

A slow but worthwhile job before rebuilding the engine, happy with the results and hopefully the next stage goes okay ?....

Please help with how can clean off the rust on this and remove the grime for the signal and ignition housing....

I took the remaining parts off of the frame. We may have to replace the fork springs because they are really rusted. I then took a bucket of soapy water and scrubbed all of the dirt, dust and cobwebs...

Time to dip the twin Amal 626’s and get out who knows how many years of gunk, varnish , and other deposits residing in the carb bodies. I like this Gunk brand cleaner……….the gallon comes with the part...
