If the fuel pump primes Try starting it up with starter fluid. If it starts up but runs rough you may have a misfire. Start troubleshooting from closest to the engine out. Check plugs and clean injectors/carburetor. Make sure it’s getting spark. Check the resistance as per the service manual in the coils and clean carbs.
