Rural Northern Laos.

Exploring beautiful northern Laos. I wrote about this trip on my website, "motogirlthailand.com" and also a YouTube video. Apologies for not copying out the trip report onto the app, bit it's very long and detailed and so, difficult to copy and paste, so here is a couple of photos to give you an idea of the trip ☺️?

    So I take it the shoulders of those roads are soft - too soft to park a loaded semi. The rest of that trip looks pretty awesome. I feel like the chain on my bike would need a lot more maintenance to ride there than what I currently have to do here in the States.

      Firehawk, tons of bulldust.the driver was ok (I checked). I was lucky because it was the start of monsoon season as some routes could turn to mud (and red clay) and on the road there is often spilled diesel from the trucks. its like going back in time though. amazing country!

        MotoGirl in Thailand, I'm glad the driver was ok. Glad you were ok too after your other encounter with a rig. I ended up reading your account of the adventure on your website and later watching the YouTube video about it. Looks like such a cool place to visit! Definitely looking forward to seeing more about your adventures in that part of the world.
