Soap Run

I thought the road might be wet in some spots since it was wet last night, so taking my R6 was out of the question.

Enter my mountain bike.

I needed something to go to the local dollar store for soap and toothpaste, and didn't feel like driving an actual car. (Really, I was just trying to save some gas)

It really amazes me though how even though the place is only about 2 1/2 miles from my house, it was almost an hour round trip by bicycle due to some sizeable hills. 20 minutes each way plus about 10 minutes in the store. If I'd been on something with an engine, I could've gone one way in about 6 minutes. I still feel great about getting to make the ride though.
