That’s a great road near the lake or between the highway and Franklin if there isn’t any traffic. Looks like that’s at the boat ramp.

  Dennis S., I love Hwy 28 and Franklin the roads and views are amazing. The leaves were so beautiful and bright. This was right up from the boat dock, it started to rain so I pull over for a bit at the pull off by the lake and took some photos. ?
