Suggested Honda OEM parts to be replaced when fully rebuilding carbs

There are two gasket sets available to assist in rebuilding the VTR pair of carbs, and then additional items you should replace and items you should closely inspect for wear/damage and replace as needed

Items #1 GREEN come in set GASKET SET 16010-HM7-670

Items #2 RED come in set GASKET SET A 16010-MBB-640

Items in YELLOW in my opinion should be replaced in a "full Rebuild" where you are trying to return the carbs to near new condition and the long service life without issue that goes with it.

Items in BLUE should be very closely inspected and replaced as needed.

All other carb items should be tested, inspected/ measured and replaced as needed.
