How do you blip downshift?

I tried watching yt vids on it, but I found all the vids to be pretty unhelpful. It's just dudes being like "do this" and then they do the thing and it's over literally half a second. It also doesn't show when they're shifting since there's no camera on their foot. So what's the process like? From what I understand, it's pull in clutch and as soon as power is disconnected from wheel you blip the throttle about 1/4 in and as you blip (as in the bike is at its maximum rev point from the blip) you down shift and then let go of clutch all within the span of half a second or so?

Roll off throttle and optionally start braking. Pull in clutch, blip the throttle to add enough rpms for the lower gear (need more throttle for bigger changes in gear ratios like 2>1). Downshift at the same moment you shift, let the clutch out.
That all happens very quickly, for me it's one motion, clutch in>blip+shift>clutch out. Clutch lever is pulled for maybe a tenth of a second, as soon as pull it then release it
