Yamaha XTZ 750 Super Tenere

I always really liked the Dakar Rally. so when I saw, in the Cycle News classifieds, this '89 XTZ750 for sale- I drove 6 hrs to check it out [w/ca$h in my pocket.] Nice bike- but not a 'dual sport;' tho it would track straight and smooth, at speed, on the roughest, rockiest gravel roads. Sold it for an offer that I couldn't refuse.
