How to unscrew this bolt?

I'm trying to install frame sliders/top-block. I need to unscrew the bolt that connect the frame with the motor on the right side. I've tried with an impact wrench in counterclockwise without any success. It's a 14mm bolt. Do you have any advices ? Thanks a lot
