Splitting lanes is legal in many states, but not everyone supports it.

A 33-years-old woman was killed near a grocery store in Houston after the road-rage incident. Very tragic story.The driver, who killed the woman, was arrested and charged with manslaughter.

The motorcyclist banally didn’t want to stand in traffic and attempted to go around some cars, even though lane splitting is illegal in Texas. This made some of the surrounding drivers pretty mad, because, according to their opinion, bikers should wait like everyone else. It is scary when rage completely blocks common sense.

According to the news, the rider made contact with one or two cars, and scraped the paint on her assailant’s Honda. But it is just paint – the issue could be easily solved. And there is another version – the driver has been trying to prevent her passage.

The woman was probably scared and trying to get away from the aggressive driver. There’s some speculation that she pulled over to hide and remove her license plate to hide evidence of her participation in the incident. But even if she did that,there was no reason to cross the line.

The end of the story is terrible. The driver pinned the rider off her bike and then ran her over. The rider was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Our condolences. It’s a huge tragedy.
