A legend in the TT community has passed away at 92

During his racing career, Ted Fenwick has been hospitalised on several occasions, breaking many bones.&&

York man Ted Fenwick spent 28 years racing and competed in the first Pre-TT Classic Road Races in 1988

He continued to race annually on the Billown course up to and including 2016, winning the pre-TT Classic Race six times

Many of his fellow riders have described Ted Fenwick as ‘the gentleman of road racing’

All involved with Southern 100 Racing have expressed their sincere condolences to his two sons, a daughter and three grandchildren and other close family members, as well as friends, at this sad time.
