Took this two-day loop recently, and it's honestly hard to beat. Day one starts right out of Åndalsnes hitting the Trollstigen hairpins-eleven tight turns that’ll wake you up fast, then rolling past Ørnesvingen for that classic bird’s-eye look down at the Geirangerfjord. Stopped by Flydalsjuvet for a quick photo and camped by the water at Oppstryn. Day two is a bit more relaxed. Passed by Dispaholmen with its insane mountain reflections and crossed the Hellesylt bridge right over a roaring waterfall. Checked out the local history at the Naturmuseet, caught a ferry to reset, and cruised back to Åndalsnes on fast, sweeping asphalt.
