Quick lap in the country

Sooner or later I had to test how my back was recovering. So...
Quick run on Big Bird to the Cotter Camp Ground for a cup of tea. Then, on to Uriarra Village. Onwards towards the Brindabellas. Into Blue Range Rd to loop back along East West Road and on to Uriarra Crossing. Fairlight / Mountain Creek Rds towards Yass, crossing the Murrumbidgee then back home to Canberra down the Barton. About 170 kms all up. Starting to have a good rapport with the GS now.

  • How did you pull up after your ride ?
Back injury is something I have to live with every day. So blessed to be able to still ride without too much difficulty.
I imagine there'd be some nice roads and views to be had thru the Brindabellas...I was up your way on the queens birthday weekend but didn't have time to have a good look around. Visited Mt Ainslie and the Tardis at Red Hill.

      Scoota Mike Kannegieter, Hi Scoota
Pulled up OK, thanks. Still not quite work fit though. Got another week up my sleeve there thankfully. Yeah...we’re pretty lucky with roads around here. I’ve driven most of the Brindies. Haven’t ridden much of it yet.
