Verneukpan (Northern Cape, South Africa)

An absolutely amazing place to spend a night or a few days. Initially we went up for speedweek to take some photos of a mates event (muscle cars topping max speed) but spent only one night and half a day out on the pan.

Hot / dusty and over 100km of gravel road to get to the heart of the pan. Make sure you have your required supplies (food, water, fuel).

Amazing and surreal landscape, the vastness of the pan is breathtaking. Can almost watch your dog run away for days here 😆.
