How are the roads? I rode around Cork, Kildare to Wicklow and loved it, but the pot holes 🙈

My kids mum is from Macroom so used to spend a lot of time there.

ST.LL, Hello 👋. Roads are okay. Its the coastal winds that you have to worry about. Extremely tough battle in high winds. I am often in Cork. One of my favourite places to Bike.

bmagi89, Yeah the winds here are strong enough. The roads out of Youghal (R634) are nice. and then heading upwards. I wanted to do more riding out that way but doubt I will now!
