Interesting. Did he get in trouble for riding quickly past the bicyclist or for the false documents or both? Here in the US I think that’s called lying under oath and falsifying documents etc and other things. That could have been a multiple year in prison felony here.
There seems to be this on going battle between cyclists and everybody else, that uses the road. Here in South Africa ??, they break the law more on the road then what anyone else does, but because they are on bicycles it’s okay...
Had a run in the other day with some cyclists riding four abreast on a single carriage way road, while driving my truck(bakkie).
I’m not saying the guy was right or wrong here, I am saying cyclists seem to be spoilt for the fact that they don’t have number plates/tags...
I am also referring to all cyclists, just those that do break the law...
