I have a bad habit of replacing helmets.... but really how often?

Hi, depending on the weather and the degree of sweating it might need a washing after only one ride

Should be done for every ride before leaving but I do it when I have killed hundreds flies lol

I wear always wear a Buff under my helmet . Keeps the helmet lining clean and easy to throw in the washing machine.
