I've no idea whose bike this is, but I really like the rugged simplicity and the well distributed weight ideas. I have met a few who travel very long distances with little more kit than this. Craggy blokes

But I'm happy to admit to liking a little more comfort. A sleeping mat and a really good sleeping bag for starters.

It looks like this guy has an Aussie style bivvy bag/sleeping bag combo at least.
