Just on the way back from the NEC, I enjoyed it.

Lots of competition now in the £4-6 grand ‘Asia built’ bikes market, we are spoilt for choice. Some lovely colour schemes on display with RE Meteor Aurora’s, and the stunning Triumph Stealth Bonnevilles. Yamaha finally getting in on the modern retro scene, Kawasaki still like a big ninja green stuck record (but popular none the less). I gave the over hyped Himalayan a look over, and walked away thinking it’s ugly and dull

(I’m sure it will prove to be very capable and a huge success though).Final thought of the day, if I had enough money to buy either an Africa Twin, a BMW GS, or a Triumph Tiger….. I’d refuse, and instead I’d buy a Transalp plus a Triumph 400x Scrambler plus a Voge Rally, all for the same money !
