Ducati 1299 (base)
exhaust central v-clamp bolt shaken loose and rotated to a position that can’t be reached by 10mm spanner or socket. V-clamp is still tight and no exhaust leaks, bolt rattles but is a friction nut so probably not going anywhere. V-clamp will not rotate, any suggestions?
- leave it alone
- cut it off and replace with new V-clamp
- ‘encourage’ rotation back to proper position with hammer & punch.
