Please help with how can clean off the rust on this and remove the grime for the signal and ignition housing....

I used a little gasoline and some rags to scrub the grime off the drive chain. The chain is in great shape but I hate a dirty chain....

I took the remaining parts off of the frame. We may have to replace the fork springs because they are really rusted. I then took a bucket of soapy water and scrubbed all of the dirt, dust and cobwebs...
