How i building GPZ900 (Part 3)
Radiator and Front headlight brackets need modifying,
Having to have a new piece of tubing welded centrally to headstock.
Had to completey strip the front end down,
Just had to grind the top mount square, and file flats on to top brckets inside faces.
Lower mount for headstock now needs making
Top Radiator Brackets under construction
Flat Bar ready to fettle these will become the Radiator Brackets
Fettled up a clean round end
Brackets Drilled and Bent to Shape
Brackets test fitted
Lower mounting Brackets will also mount lower oil cooler
Cardboard template cutout ready for ally plate, this will mount the Speedo , and become part if the Headlight mounting, which will also give rigidity
Left hand and Right hand Radiator tubing modified to to new angles
Headlight and Speedo mount fitted

Rear sets Gear lever unit fitted to new modified side plate also allows ofset of sprocket.
Radiator brackets drilled and lightened
Venhill dual action throttle fitted.
What a bastard this was, i had to ream out the inner alloy coating of the Rizoma throrttle grip
Connected to a brand spanking set of Mikuni FCR36 all the way from Holland
