Modified Radiator hoses and fittings done.Silicone top hose mounted to new re positioned top mount, connected to new ZX636 Rad sprayed Black

Just behind all the wiring you can just about see the modified cover, i machined.rear sets now mounted. this will be powder coated black eventually

Battery Box Template Made up from Cardboard just need to make them up now from ally sheet and get them welded in place

Went for Graphite Black, Frame, swinger, bits and bobs.Wheels covers pipes Line Green Candy.
Engine finally built. With new Candy Lime Green Pipes and Covers
Frame now drilled for coils.

steering Yokes Fitted but not Torqued Up.

Wheels in place just to look at overall setup.
Front Forks now fitted.
Rizoma Risers and Fat Bars fitted to modified adapted Ducati 996 Yokes machined to take GPZ stem.
Re Sprayed Rear Blade Shock Gloss White To match Caliper's which have been powder coated White
Painted Rear VFR Disc and Front Aprilia Discs Gloss Black to Match Frame and Swinger Graphite Black Powder Coat
Radiator and New Lime Green Candy Apple Water hoses Fitted
Clutch Housing Fitted Candy Apple Lime Green
Electrics Mounted and Fitted in Place in Rear Subframe Covered by Seat and Rear R1 Tailed
Ignition unit now moved to fit Rear Subframe Side Panel
Oil Cooler feed Pipe Modifications Done
Rear Dog Leg Support Strengthened
