How i building GPZ900 (Part 5)

VFR 800 Fitted with all new bearings and bushes.
Modified offset bushes also now fitted which will allow fitting of Honda civic Car wheel fitted with 240 40 rear Tyre.

916 Underseat Exhaust mocked up with Tie Wraps, this has got to happen as this is the Look what I've been looking for all along.
Sits Nice shouldn't take too much work think i might go 2 into 1 under the tail.

Brake Calipers, back from Powder Coat, all ready for assembly.

Rear Sets mounted, too new hand made Side plates. also powder coated.

Radiator Now Rubber Mounted, Top and Bottom.

Rubber Strip Behind Lower coolant Pipe should stop Rubbing

Ignition Coils Spacers Made, Ive angled them out around 45*

Ignition Coil spacers Mounted

Ignition Coils Angled out so Ignition cables will reach.

Rear Subframe stripped Back Down, so i can make spacers for the Suspension Doglegs.

Finished Machined brake and clutch side plate covers

Just got alloy rear set plate back from Welders need to drill and tap modify to take one piece resovior

GPZ900 front sprocket diameter machined down to sit behind Front ZZR1100 Sprocket will need skimming to thickness once new chain is aligned

New Green a Race Chain and New Lightend Rear VFR Sprocket

Streetfighter Emblemd engine side guards, these will be modified into a Chain Guard

Lower Suspension to Engine Mounts, Bushes all machined to size and ready to fit.

Bushes all fitted, and rear wheel now fitted.

Cush Housing Holes Re drilled to 10 mm from 8mm so i can fit the New Titanium Race Sprocket

Rear Set MountingFettled up and drilled and Tapped ready for Paint.
