ZOO near the beautiful palace park of Helbrunn in Austria

The zoo is located in the south of the city - near the beautiful palace park Helbrunn - such a small Peterhof among the Alps. The zoo stretched a narrow strip along the rock - it closes the cages from the cold north wind, the sun warms the stones and the temperature here is always slightly higher than around.
Thematically, the park is divided into several zones - Eurasia, America, Africa - but this is not so important for inspection. But what is really nice is the freedom of many animals. They move through huge enclosures, they can jump out onto the paths to visitors, among the tables of the restaurant a huge turkey is wandering around, lemurs are begging bananas.
